I'm Moving To NYC Today

After years and years of planing and thinking and hoping and dreaming; I am moving from California to Brooklyn New York TODAY!
It's the reason for why I have not blogged or cared about too much of anything else.
I moved from Oakland, my home of 7 years and have been chillin' in L.A. with my fam.
I'll check back in with photos and stories of this I am sure.

My Daddy. He's the best and the reason for why I won't settle for less. You wanna claim that I am spoiled, it's cool I love it! Cause I seem to be able to make all of my visions and dreams come true. And it's with the teachings, love and energy of this man that gives me the audacity (thanks B.Rocka) to think "yes I can." He is also the reason for why I love Black men and aim to create a beautiful and eclectic Black family in the near future.
Get to know your father and understand that he might not have had a positive male figure in his life and thus did not know how to raise you the way YOU think you should have been raised. YOU might be the one to teach him.

According to the LATimes.com, R. Kelly has been acquitted of 14 out of 14 counts in his child pornography case 6 years in the making. TMZ.com has the story of how the jurors came to this verdict.

I saw that video. It was R. Kelly with a child. When he peed on her she said no; he kept going. Adults, by the age of 25 you need to deal with your fucked-up childhoods, grow up and move tha fuck on! And if you have a higher than normal sex drive or desire something other than the norm, that's fine. Just find another adult to satisfy your craving.
Let's do better. Grow tha fuck up and take responsibility for your self!

I am all over and for the shortalls for this summer! This was my basic look last night and it killed!

Swaggers Back!

Are you like me and just now waking up after hanging out all night and not getting home from After-hours till 5AM?! Ha, ha last night took me all over L.A. with stops at Rehab for the underground hip-hop scene, then cross town to Besos for some house (bitches didn't let us in though, I guess it's a private spot but I'm not used to such treatment let me tell you! I don't pay covers and rarely wait in lines. No disrespect if YOU do, I just know that those rules generally don't apply to moi)
Anywho, at just after 1AM that put us ahead in time but we headed out to the after-hours spot anyway. The point is I plan on repeating this scenario tonight and I know I will be so freakin' hungry tomorrow afternoon when I wake up. A good breakfast in bed or on the couch with be a welcomed elixir.
So just for you, I have found a vid to teach you how to make exceptional Buttermilk Pancakes from scratch! Eh, don't be lazy, take it slow. Pull out that left over Red Passion Alize and last nights doobie and get to it.
